We are a pet friendly community. We proudly accept up to 2 pets per apartment home. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. At VennPoint Communities, we feel your pets are members of our extended family, so we strive to make them feel right at home. Troy Farms welcomes cats and dogs
